Refund & Returns Policy

This Policy sets out how we handle cancellations, credits, and refunds for workbooks, recordings, and time you book with us. It works alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and does not take away rights you already have under New Zealand law.

How to read this Policy

Sharvexxovimex supplies educational menu-planning resources and scheduled guidance. We write in calendar days for notice periods and in New Zealand business days when describing how long refunds take to show at your bank.

If a product is faulty, wrongly described, or not delivered with reasonable care, statutory remedies may apply even when a discretionary shop rule would say otherwise.

Consumer law baseline

Where you are a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, goods and services must be of acceptable quality, match description, and be fit for purpose you told us about. Fair Trading Act 1986 protections against misleading conduct continue to apply. Business buyers may lawfully contract out of some guarantees only where the law allows and we document that in writing.

Digital workbooks, audio, and streams

Delivery is complete once you can download or stream the purchased files using the access method we email. If a file is corrupt, missing sections advertised at purchase, or our host error blocks access, tell us and we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind refunds on digital goods apply only where a checkout page states a cooling-off window. Outside that window we may offer a credit when you write within seven days, purchased for personal use, and have not republished the material.

Corrections

Minor typographical corrections may ship as free updates. If we withdraw material for a material inaccuracy that could affect safe food handling, we notify purchasers and arrange a substitute or refund.

Live consultations

Session fees compensate for reserved calendar time. Cancellations at least forty-eight hours before start receive a full refund of the studio fee (card processing costs retained by acquirers may still apply). Late cancellations may receive a partial credit or reschedule at our discretion if you supply short notice of illness or emergency. No-shows without notice are not refunded.

Cohort programmes

Each programme states a refund cutoff, usually the night before the kickoff session. After we distribute cohort materials, refunds may convert to credits for unused weeks minus disclosed admin costs. If we cancel the intake, you choose a full refund or a dated transfer.

Bundles and seasonal passes

Bundles priced as a package may be recalculated using each component's stand-alone price before we settle a partial refund. Passes expire on the published end date; unused slots do not carry forward unless marketing copy explicitly says so.

Chargebacks and processor disputes

Please email us before raising a card dispute so we can trace invoices and settlement data. Chargebacks opened during good-faith dialogue may slow everyone down and attract bank fees we pass through where permitted. Suspected fraud may be escalated to issuers.

How to request a remedy

Email mailuse@sharvexxovimex.world with “Refund request”, your invoice number, purchase email, and a concise summary. Screenshots help for access faults. Postal mail is accepted but slower; use tracked delivery if sending physical cheques.

Approved refunds and timing

Approved amounts return to the original payment method within seven New Zealand business days. International cards may show different amounts after currency conversion or issuer posting delays.

Gifts and seat transfers

Gift purchases refund to the buyer's card unless we agree in writing to credit the recipient. Transferring a seat to another household may include a modest admin fee noted on the transfer form.

If we still disagree

We aim to resolve issues directly. You may also use dispute channels available where you live, including the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal when criteria are met.
