Terms of Use

By loading any page, creating an account, purchasing materials, or booking a consultation, you agree to the then-current Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy as incorporated by reference. We may decline service to anyone who breaches these expectations or creates undue risk for other participants.

You confirm you are at least eighteen years old or have guardian permission, and that you have authority to bind any organisation you claim to represent. Corporate trainees should route purchase orders through authorised finance contacts.

Weekly menu planning guidance, worksheets, and verbal coaching are educational. They do not diagnose nutrient deficiencies, prescribe supplements, or replace conversations your clinician might recommend. You assume responsibility for how you apply templates in your household.

If we issue login credentials, you must keep them confidential and notify us of suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts showing automated abuse, credential stuffing, or attempts to scrape private cohort areas.

Unless a separate licence document states otherwise, we grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download purchased PDFs and stream permitted recordings for your own household or organisational learning cohort. Resale, public broadcasting, or incorporation into competing commercial courses is prohibited without advance writing from us.

• Interfering with TLS certificates, DNS, or authentication flows.
• Harvesting email addresses from our pages to build unrelated mailing lists.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with Sharvexxovimex.
• Submitting malware or oversized payloads meant to degrade servers.
• Using outputs to imply endorsement of unsafe food handling.

When you upload weekly menu screenshots or comments inside private cohort spaces, you warrant that you have rights to share them and that they do not infringe privacy of third parties. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content solely for delivering the programme you joined.

Embedded maps, video hosts, or payment widgets remain governed by their own terms. A link does not imply sponsorship unless explicitly labelled.

Prices appear in New Zealand dollars unless another currency is displayed at checkout. GST applies where required by law. Banking fees charged by your institution are yours to bear.

Except for non-excludable guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, services are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or that templates suit every dietary pattern.

To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim (or fifty New Zealand dollars if no payment occurred). We exclude indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except where statute forbids exclusion.

You indemnify us against third-party claims stemming from your misuse of materials, violation of law, or infringement allegedly caused by content you supplied, except to the extent we caused the harm through gross negligence.

Parties attempt good-faith negotiations for thirty days. Unresolved disputes may proceed in the courts of New Zealand having subject-matter jurisdiction, unless you and we mutually elect mediation administered by an Auckland-based provider.

If a clause is invalid, the remainder survives. Waivers must be written. Assignment by you requires our consent; assignment by us is permitted in connection with merger or asset sale with notice. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
